Subject: Repositioning the Elevation Scale on DS-2000 mount ... Sent: Thursday, August 21, 2008 11:53:41 From: Jan M. Hollis (jan.mike.hollis@verizon.net) The scale on the elevation axis is off by about 4 degrees with respect to the engraved fiducial mark on the arm housing. I could just ignore the manufacture's fiducial mark and jury rig another one 4 degrees away. However, I was wondering if one can reposition the scale itself somehow .... Cheers, Mike Hollis Mike here: The scale should be adjustable. I don't have DS model but the method for the ETX on the FAQ page on my ETX Site might work. And: I called Meade, they tried it while I was on the phone and said it isn't adjustable on the DS-2000 mount. Cheers, Mike Hollis

Focus on automating meals. Pick 2 breakfast meals, 2 lunch meals and 2 dinner meals… and that is all you can eat. It will simplify things for you. can someone elaborate on this? what type of food should be eaten? so basically you would be only eating 3x day? Thank you. Regards. Ana says: June 1, 2010 at 3:35 pm admin says: June 1, 2010 at 4:45 pm Hi Ana! These are some very good points you have raised. You should pick healthy meals as your automated meals, because if you pick unhealthy or fattening meals, then that will not help you to lose weight or to be healthy. You can get some great healthy meal ideas at Recipes For Diets . Also, Dr Oz has mentioned in the past that you should have several healthy snacks throughout the day, but these snacks could be automated as well by pre-packaging the proper portions in little ziploc bags. Any ideas or feedback from others?
