Mike Mussina and Jack McDowell are among the alumns now in the big leagues, but Hinch figured the money could wait until after the Olympic Games. "What it meant to me was I got a chance to play with the best players in the country and I got a chance to represent my country. It sounds kind of silly and kind of funny until you get to the point where you're the only person wearing USA across your chest. And that really has no monetary figure that can compensate you for that opportunity." Hinch has captured just about all the college honors that matter First-Team All-American, Conference Player of the Year, you name it. But with his success has come tragedy. "My freshman year, my dad died and it was very sudden, very unexpected, and basically he had been my biggest fan, my biggest supporter, my best friend, all the adjectives of a great father-son relationship. But I'll always know that he's watching over me and he's still my biggest fan." His second biggest fan is mom Becky, who moved from Oklahoma to be with her son. She attends practice and never misses a game. AJ's father will someday see his son play in the big leagues through her eyes.

As you can see, they range from painted chests, coats of arms to a swimming pool that had three walls painted with a mediterranean type vista. I apologise about the quality of the pictures. This is due to the images being printed onto normal paper and then scanned. The images in my portfolio albums are a lot better quality.
