[Banshee Hp?] - ATV Riders Forums - Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki Posted by flauge A buddy of mine wants to know about how much hp his shee is making.. Its got trinity pipes and been jetted. thanks http://www.exriders.com/archive/topic/232163-1.html
Extractions: Alot of that is going to depend on the pipe and how close the jetting is. "Piped and jetted" is always a newbie phrase to me. Jetting comes with any and all engine mods and weather/altitude changes. I jet my quad close to 25 times a year and only ride it about the same amount of time. I don't consider jetting to be a modification, only to correct the air/fuel ratio. you jet 25 times a year!!! why you wont see that much of a change as fa as temps go...and no i am not a newbie...i just say piped and jetted because some people put pipes on and dont change the jets.... you dont have to jet 25 times a year, thats nuts!!! if u rejet after u have all the motor mods done and get it close, itll be aright...and with the lid still on 45 or so HP is possible
Tweaking Contrast- Is This Possible [Text View] - AVS Forum If those tables could be accessed perhaps by changing the values one could get greater contrast than what the stock pj would deliver. thanks Yes this has been discussed quite a bit http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/archive/index.php/t-904439.html
Extractions: AVS Forum Display Devices Digital Hi-End Projectors - $3,000+ USD MSRP PDA View Full Version : Tweaking Contrast- Is this Possible 09-07-07, 11:45 AM I was wondering if anyone has been sucessful in reading or accessing the lookup tables that control the gamma correction in pj's with a dynamic iris. If those tables could be accessed perhaps by changing the values one could get greater contrast than what the stock pj would deliver. thanks Mark Petersen 09-07-07, 12:04 PM I was wondering if anyone has been sucessful in reading or accessing the lookup tables that control the gamma correction in pj's with a dynamic iris. If those tables could be accessed perhaps by changing the values one could get greater contrast than what the stock pj would deliver. Yes this has been discussed quite a bit in the past with the Ruby. There are service menu tweaks with the Sony DI projectors to increase the on/off contrast. I don't think anyone has measured it but I presume that all that is happening is the iris aperture is closing more which reduces the "off" state numbers. The boost from dynamic gamma is probably not affected by these settings so the intra-image contrast is not going to be improved. I'd love to measure it and put the results in the AVS contrast project though. 09-07-07, 01:34 PM
