Extractions: On Friday, October 1, MEA staff and students climbed to the peak of Mt. Ellis to raise money to be used for the Pakistan Flood relief efforts of the Central Asian Institute and the Adventist Development and Relieve Agency . Students raised over $8000 in sponsorship pledges to make the climb. This event was part of a larger effort on the part of Mount Ellis Academy and its students to give back after receiving the tremendous blessing of a $500,000 Kohl's Cares grant. With hearts full of gratitude we want to make a difference by supporting the good work of the two organizations listed above. We will continue our fund raising efforts through October 18. Our goal is to surpass $20,000. You can still help!
