The kindness and encouragement has been greatly appreciated. From my communications with people, I have learned that people would like more information on the current financial crisis the district is facing and how we reached this place at this time. The main purpose of this writing is to provide information about the financial crisis. Background: Three Rivers School District is an incredible place for kids. Schools are in some of the most beautiful places in the entire world. Schools are safe, gang free and attractive places to attend. Teachers, staff and administrators are hard working, talented people. Community support is huge and welcomed. Schools are small including three high schools that are small enough for kids to be known and have opportunities to be involved in athletics and activities that would not always be available to them in larger schools.
