Note: Bill Dubovsky, like Adam Dorris, was a young man with FASD who was killed in a vehicle/pedestrian accident. Both young men were raised by caring parents and died tragic deaths as a direct result of their disabilities. Bill Dubovsky was a speaker on FASD and traveled with his father in an effort to educate, prevent and better treat people with FASD.
