Many thanks to those who serve. Breaking the cycle of poverty video http://www.oambassadors.org The talent of our teachers! Hundreds give thanks at School No. 8. Parents, children, and teachers shared a special evening and a delicious home cooked meal on November 25. Staff members, who cooked and served 300 people, were grateful for a generous Paterson Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) donation of food. The event was coordinated by Sylvia Orozco, Parent Coordinator; Erica Muniz, School Leadership President and Fran Edelman, Vice Principal. Also, this holiday season, the P.A.L. will be giving away 50 turkeys to parents of students at School No. 8. Sharing words of wisdom. Ron and Maria Harper brought years of experience and wisdom to students at Great Falls Academy on November 14. Mr. Harper enjoyed a successful 15-year NBA career and Mrs. Harper, a Paterson, native, played basketball The great results of giving. | |
