Many of his novels, including Killer Diller and Walking Across Egypt, have been adapted for film, and his novel Lunch at the Piccadilly became a musical production. In this interview, Dr. Edgerton discusses his background and writing life. Perhaps the best place to start is if you could talk about how you started writing, how you came to this life.
