He was renowned for his photography and for his passionate spirit, recorded in 12 books and numerous slide sound presentations and exhibitions. After photographing on all seven continents, he came home to his acreage in Grandora and discovered the whole world reflected in his pool, which he called The Pool of Possibilities. This work will be featured in a solo exhibition at the Mendel Art Gallery in the summer of 2011. It is unfathomable to think of a world without Courtney: he is monumentally missed by his wife Sherrill Miller, sister Bonnie, sisters-in-law Lorraine and Evelyne, brothers-in -law Eric, Bill and Dennis, precious nieces, nephews, cousins and hundreds of friends, students and colleagues.

Jenni Milne, Silk Paintings from Cornwall Born in Birmingham, Jenni Milne gained a degree in Fashion/Textiles and Art History at Birmingham's Collage of Art and then went on to take her Art Teaching Diploma at Birmingham University. In 1969 Jenni was fortunate enough to gain a teaching post in Cornwall at the Redruth School of Art, now part of Falmouth School of Art. Having moved to Cornwall to pursue her teaching career Jenni and her family acquired a dilapidated cottage in Padstow, which they lovingly converted to become their family home. (The celebrity chef Rick Stein has recently acquired the property.) Life was to change dramatically with the arrival of her two son's in 1974/76; and the teaching career was now put on hold. Jenni, however, still had the need to be creative and in order to fulfil this need she designed toys at home. Having had the toy designs accepted by the Design Centre, both in London and Scotland, the toys were sent far and wide, a large number of them going to Canada. With her two son's, Simon and Luke, now away from home, and with Cornwall having fed the soul, Jenni concentrated on Silk Painting and acquired her first studio at a craft centre just outside Wadebridge, sadly no longer there. It was at this time that Jenni began to teach Silk Painting as well as exporting her silk cards to Japan, Saudi, and Europe. Larger Silk Paintings were exhibited throughout the South West and many are now in private collections including the Japanese Embassy and the Otter Trust. Although having produced silk scarves and silk cushions for some time and completed a number of commissions it is now that she has started to sell them under the Balik Ulang brand label.

In fact, he will be the headliner for the 200th concert in the long-running series. In conjunction with this reunion, the UNH Library is hosting an exhibit depicting Wilber’s career in jazz, a journey that has continued unabated for over sixty-five years. Images for the exhibit are drawn from the Bob Wilber Collection, which Wilber and his wife, JoAnne (Pug) Horton, donated to the New Hampshire Library of Traditional Jazz Wilber is not only a jazz master on reed instruments, but he is a noted composer and arranger, and an ardent devotee of jazz repertory.
