If There Is Love, Anxiety No More
Comments Off Worried? If yes, anxiety it is! To better understand anxiety, let us first realize its causes. There are many factors that resulted to anxiety. If you are stress at work, anxiety sets in. If you are worried about completing the job and meeting deadlines otherwise you’re losing it, anxiety sets in. And finally if you have acne , anxiety sets in especially to teenagers. When you continuously entertaining worries you will eventually have what we called “panic attacks”. Panic which will do no good but might bring unpleasant situations instead which of course we do not want to happen. We can no longer change how our society revolves. The best thing that we can do not for the society but for ourselves mainly is to treat anxiety. To treat anxiety, first identify the origin, identify the element that causes anxiety to you. In short identify the problem that is bothering you the most before you can finally say that you are now ready for treatment. Although there are many ways to treat anxiety, not all who are experiencing anxiety are to try those treatments. Not everyone reacts positively to the same treatment. You need to observe yourself and if needed seek the assistance of a counselor or a doctor for that matter.

Change your beliefs.... Change your life... even in a single session! This is real! Healing at the DNA level. Marlana Lytehaause, MSW, DCH Master of Social Work, Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy Our emotions are how we experience every day life. If we worry about tomorrow, life seems scary and tense. If we regret past mistakes, life seems dark and depressing. We are a collection of beliefs, thought patterns and even myths and illusions. What if you could change those scary or depressing feelings just by being willing to let them go. What if you had a magic wand you could wave and feel better with every wave. We now know that our DNA is responsible for much more than the color of our eyes and hair. Our DNA is where we carry our beliefs or "programs". What is even more fascinating is that we collect these "programs" on four levels:

How Is GAD Diagnosed?
If symptoms of GAD are present, the doctor will begin an evaluation by asking questions about your medical history and performing a physical examination. Although there are no laboratory tests to specifically diagnose anxiety disorders, the doctor may use various tests to look for physical illness as the cause of the symptoms.

A nxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder and social phobia, are the most prevalent psychiatric disorders in the United States, and patients with these disorders are more likely to seek treatment from a primary care physician than from a psychiatrist. Patients with anxiety disorders are more likely than other patients to make frequent medical appointments, to undergo extensive diagnostic testing, to report their health as poor and to smoke cigarettes and abuse other substances.

Links Related to OCD Separation Anxiety in Young Children Carol E. Watkins, MD Northern County Psychiatric Associates Normal anxiety and fear tends to follow a developmental sequence. These tendencies seem to be hard-wired and seem to have a developmental purpose. Infants commonly show a fearful response to loud noise or the sudden loss of physical support. Reluctance to be separated from one's caregiver is a normal, healthy response in young children and indicated the development of healthy attachment. When a child starts to walk on its own, fear of strange animals is an adaptive response. Performance anxiety can appear in late childhood and social phobia in adolescence.
