This public information Bird Clubs list has been published on the Internet free of charge for two years. Many breeders zand clubs have prospered selling fine birds to good families for the past two years. Today with unpublished unemployment reaching 18% selling a fine pet or two might mean the difference in making a house payment or defaulting on a property they have struggled to acquire. So for the time being 1000petstores.com will publish listings free of charge. In return for the listing we ask that you place a link on your web site to one of these fine web sites; www.loghomes.com www.printusa.com www.tacklebox.com. . To add or remove your listing from our public information list please use the web update form listed in the left column on our home page. Thanks. Enjoy the service. Bird Clubs of America (BCA) was founded in 1992 by Dick Ivy, who felt that America's bird clubs should work together to benefit aviculture. He believed that local clubs could comprise a national alliance which would elevate bird clubs to national notice and which would provide all clubs with direct information and services, while encouraging their individual participation in the many facets of national aviculture. BCA's goal is to provide educational materials to clubs, formatted for use in club newsletters or as handouts at club activities or by breeders.
Consisting of 50 Alliance Clubs and 3 Alliance National Societies While BCA alliance clubs and individuals may donate financial support to help with the cost of supplies and mailings, there are no membership dues.
