November 14th, 2010 Posted in Uncategorized Tags: Attacks causes Disorder Forever ... treat Causes of Panic Attacks - How To Treat Post Traumatic Disorder To End Panic Attacks Forever? Panic attacks can be alarming, particularly when the possible reactions of the affected person are taken into consideration. It can range from a simple flight reaction, for instance, staying away from the cause of the attack to severe reactions where a person inflicts pain on himself or to the people surrounding him. Hence, it is vital that you find out the different causes of panic attacks and how it can be treated in an effort to avoid adverse effects on the person experiencing the condition. Often, figuring out the cause and properly addressing it is the only way to deal with the problem. Some doctors recommend the use of anti-anxiety medications in order to prevent the aggravation of the condition when a panic attack is triggered. However, medications can only do so much. Medicines and drugs are only prescribed to avoid the worsening of the situation and in order to prevent a person from inflicting pain on himself or to other people. In the end, there is no medication in existence that can ultimately cure anxiety disorder and panic attacks. Getting to the bottom of the situation and identifying the causes of panic attacks is the only cure. Some doctors relate the existence of panic attacks to post traumatic disorder. Post traumatic disorder relates to a condition where a person is exposed to a very traumatic situation, for example, a vehicular accident or any life threatening situation. After the incident, the person seems normal, but any situation or condition that would remind him or her of the traumatic condition causes the person to feel a certain level of anxiousness and can sometimes trigger panic attacks. When this happens, the person is reminded of the traumatic condition that he has been through and his subsequent actions will be determined by the fact that he feels he is being endangered and there is a need to safeguard himself at all costs.

China in the 21st Century

21 years ago I was a student at Peking University, studying Chinese in the second semester of my junior year in college. My Chinese was not very good and I was generally quite clueless about China. The death of Hu Yaobang on April 15th initially meant nothing to me. ran an essay by Premier Wen Jiabao -再回兴义忆耀邦-reminiscing about a trip he had made with then Communist Party General Secretary Hu Yaobang in 1986 to Xingyi in Guizhou Province ( version in the paper , Chinese version on web page Chinageeks has a good translation of the entire piece-“ Returning to Xingyi, Remembering Hu Yaobang Yaobang has been gone for 21 years. It might console him now to know that the poor southwest he worried constantly about has seen earth-shaking changes. He spared no effort, and used a life’s vigor to fight for the nation following the correct path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and moving forward. Starting in October of 1985, after I was transferred to the Central Office, I worked by Yaobang’s side for two years. I experience personally his close connection with the people, his concern for the people’s suffering, his excellent way [of being an official] and his unselfishness, his open and above-board-ness, and his moral character. I witness firsthand how completely he threw himself into his work, struggling day and night for the Party’s cause and for the people’s interests. What he taught me in those years is engraved on my heart, and his constant leading by example keeps me from [allowing myself to] be lazy. The way he handled things had a huge influence on my work, studies, and life.

zSB(3,3) The Blue Dog Coalition , a group of centrist, fiscally conservative House Democrats, issued a Blueprint for Fiscal Reform on January 26, 2010, the day before President Obama made his first State of the Union speech Included in the Blueprint are 15 fiscal reforms that the Blue Dogs urge the President to undertake immediately to address the nation's federal budget deficit and related economic woes. While some of the blue Dog's 15 reforms are realistic and quite important, others are generic statements made as much to protect themselves politically in the November 2010 Congressional elections than to pressure President Obama into formulating new policies. Blue Dogs hope that President Obama applies these 15 fiscal reforms to all of his planned 2010 policies, which are listed at

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said on Wednesday Congress needs to develop a plan to manage the nation’s burgeoning debt, because the federal budget “appears to be on an unsustainable path.” Testifying before the House Budget Committee on the state of the economy, Bernanke urged lawmakers to take decisive action to show investors that the country can get back on the right financial path. But he did not offer any specific remedies. As Congress prepares to take up emergency spending legislation in the next few weeks, the deficit has created a “structural budget gap that is both large relative to the size of the economy and increasing over time,” Bernanke said. The economic alarm bells are deafening.  As of June 7 th , the federal government is $13.052 trillion in the red.  We now owe China nearly $1 trillion and Japan $800 billion and the debt continues to pile up.  For every dollar we spend this year we will have to borrow 42 cents. At $13 trillion, that figure has risen by $2.4 trillion in about 500 days since President Obama took office and joined Nancy Pelosi in controlling our nation’s purse strings. To put it more simply, the debt has grown an average of $4.9 billion a day under the Democrats’ one-party rule. These numbers are astronomical, but what do they really mean to all of us?  Right now, the share of the debt held by every man, woman and child is $42,310, and that figure is growing by the day. Despite the desperate need to cut spending, the Democrats continue their spending bonanza and rapid expansion of government.  Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has stated that the federal budget “appears to be on an unsustainable path.”  If only Speaker Pelosi and the President would give heed to Bernanke’s warning, but the spending continues.

Many state governments require their legislatures to offer balanced budgets each fiscal year. One common argument for a balanced budget amendment is based on the observation that Congress cannot be trusted to discipline itself.
Other proponents of amending the Constitution to require Congress to balance the budget are explicitly concerned about the mounting US debt. Federal budget deficits under President Bush are the largest in history in nominal dollars (but in constant dollars Reagan budgets remain the leader). Year-to-year deficits contribute to rising US debt.
The Federal government massages the money supply. Keynsian economics calls for deficit government spending during a recession, to minimize the valley; it also calls for paying back the borrowed funds during a boom, which the US Congress has not done.
In addition, the Federal government has the power (and responsiblity) to engage in war. War efforts invariably lead to deficit spending (borrowing money). Along this line of thinking, some argue that an amendment increase the risk having our government go into default.
