In doing so I disabled ACPI in the BIOS and installed a clean version of WinXpPro. The drivers for the modems which installed without problem on the 32 bit system no longer install on the 64 bit system - The 64 bit system issues warnings that this is not the proper driver for the system. The modems is based on the conexant CX11252-11 chip using conexant setup v 2.1.9.0 and HSF_CNXT v 7.12.01.sys by WinDDK and mdmxsdk.sys v 1.0.002, Is there a way to install these drivers?
