The name originates from the 1848 tract Manifesto of the Communist Party by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels A communist party is, at least according to Leninist theory, the vanguard party of the working class , whether ruling or non-ruling, but when such a party is in power in a specific country , the party is said to be the highest authority of the dictatorship of the proletariat . Lenin's theories on the role of a communist party were developed as the early 20th-century Russian social democracy divided into Bolshevik (meaning "majority") and Menshevik (meaning "minority") factions.

Oprah/Cetshwayo had declared war on Marx (at that time known affectionately by his friends as "Karly-Boy") for the youthful indiscretion of attempting to assassainate Isaac Newton , Oprah's slave who had recently risen from the grave as a zombie to devour the brains of the living. Marxism taught its followers an amalgamation of the world's deadliest martial arts , such as ninjutsu kung fu and fucking your mother , particularly the last one, which was considered at the time to be a serious military tactic, instead of just a damn good time. Unfortunately, the Marxist rebels were defeated in a cataclysmic battle that destroyed much of the know world, especially Canada , but excepting Canadia , which managed to construct a super forcefield around itself powered by eucalyptus bushes. The Communist Party of the United States of America CPUSA ) is a Marxist-Leninist political party in the United States , established in 1919. Emerging from the organized Left Wing of the Socialist Party of America , the first American Communists sought to build support among American workers to overthrow capitalism, support the Soviet Union and implement what later was known as Stalinism by establishing a dictatorship of the proletariat in America. Fearful federal authorities reacted with a campaign of suppression , forcing the Communist movement into an underground existence of secret cells, where it was consumed by sectarian political infighting amongst the radicals themselves. At the behest of the Communist International ( Comintern ), the underground Communist organizations were unified and eased into an above ground existence over the course of the next several years. Bitter factional wrangling continued to grip the party throughout the decade of the 1920s, however, ending in the expulsions of

Bulgaria's First Non-Communist Political Party
Description
Ecoglasnost began as a social activism group focused on environmental concerns and a general human rights campaign. In March 1989, it became a "political club," officially seeking recognition as a political party in Bulgaria in June 1989. While it was dismissed in its first foray for legitimacy, on 11 December 1989 Ecoglasnost became the first legal political party in Communist Bulgaria other than the Communists. In November 1989, Ecoglasnost had led several peaceful demonstrations against the Communist Party, and on 7 December 1989 Ecoglasnost became one of the founding members of the Union of Democratic Forces that brought together all of the political resistance against the Communist Party. This final recognition from the government was a result of Ecoglasnost's growing influence. This report from the U.S. Embassy in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital, reports the positive signs of democratization in Bulgaria occurring with the assistance of the Communist Party.

Government Forms, Political Parties, and Political Reforms in Victoria: Revolutions

Government Types and Effects
The basic forms of governments are still the same in Revolutions: democracy, constitutional monarchy, monarchy, presidential dictatorship, and proletarian dictatorship. The effects these governments have, however, is now somewhat different than in Victoria. Monarchies, presidential dictatorships, and proletarian dictatorships function much the same as before and thus may be grouped as the “autocratic governments.” Autocratic governments have increased militancy among their POPs based on plurality. A plurality of zero will give zero increase to militancy. As plurality increases, the militancy of your people increases, up to a maximum of +0.50. Needless to say, this can be very painful; however, this is nothing new, and experienced players of Victoria will deal with this as their playing style dictates. It is worth noting, however, that there are a number of late game cultural technologies and inventions that lower plurality. See

Two of the rally emcees were Ron Gochez of Union del Barrio and Celina Benitez of the Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador. Both are steering committee members of SCIC. Wallace's Progressive Party in 1948, the positive view they held of the Chinese Revolution led by Mao Zedong, and their defense of the 1956 Soviet intervention in Hungary, all of which the SWP opposed.

WPFC ACTIVITY REPORT Activities of Mark Bench, Executive Director
  • January 11-18, Bench met with various government officials, from police chiefs in the southeastern part of Nepal to the second in command of the Maoist (Communist) political party, whose party would soon be elected to take over the leadership from King Gyanendra Bir Bikram Sha Dev, the worlds last Hindu monarch, who was forced to leave the throne on May 28 this year. Meeting with one of the top Maoist leaders, Bench asked him to clarify what he meant when he said that their new government would allow press freedom. Later in the year, when in power, the Maoists said theyll be redefining press freedom. Bench met with widows of two journalists who had been killed by the then insurgent Maoists. The trip was led and financed by the Danish group, International Media Support (IMS), on whose web site a report of the trip is carried at: http://www.i-m-s.dk/files/publications/1318%20Nepal.web%202008.pdf In January, WPFC received a generous grant from the Knight Foundation supporting a conference to be held in Paris to prepare journalists, editors and photo editors how to overcome the censorship they would likely encounter covering the Chinese Olympic Games later in the year. The grant also provided funds for the enhancement of WPFCs Web site and for a blog dedicated (until after the Olympic Games) to the press freedom issues surrounding the Games. Very few names in Tatarstan inspire so much love, admiration and adulation on the one hand and hatred, animosity, and even fear, on the other. Depending on who is asked, she is described as a radical, an extremist, a fanatic, an idealist, a nationalist, a firebrand, a savior, a saint... She is one of the most prominent politicians in Tatarstan and probably the most influential Tatar woman since the time of Suyumbeka (who ruled the Kazan Khanate in the middle of the 16th century). Mrs. Bayramova is the founder and the leader of the Tatar Independence Party ("Ittifak"), which advocates the total and complete independence of Tatarstan, the rebirth of the Tatar state and the revival of its past glory. Her uncompromising positions on many issues are in stark contrast to President Shaimievs style of politics based on consensus-building. Ethnic Russians in Tatarstan consider her their Nemesis. In short, Fauzia Bayramova is the most controversial politician in Tatarstan. Her political influence has much to do with her complex and unique personality which combines the iron will of Margaret Thatcher with the kindness and compassion of Mother Teresa. Her biography gives few clues to understanding what brought her to political prominence. Bayramova Fauzia Auhadi Kyzy was born on December 5, 1950, in the village of Sabai in the Saba region of Tatarstan. After finishing high school, she continued her education in Kazan - at first, in the Theater School, then at Kazan Universitys Department of Philology (1983-1989).
