MARTIAL LAW WATCH
Important Patriot INFO-URGENT www.AmericanHolocaust.net I spoke to an eyewitness yesterday, who informed me that he recently was traveling east of Interstate 90 from WASHINGTON to MONTANA, when he passed TWICE a large MILITARY CONVOY of FOREIGN MILITARY VEHICLES. They bore no national markings to indicate which country they came from. They were all painted an Army green. Vehicle types included: Humvees and rrban warfare vehicles that resembled TANKS, but instead of treads (used in fields, etc. ) they had rows of rubber wheels instead. Also included were troop transport vehicles as well. Some trucks had a yellow triangular "CAUTION" sign and words beneath said, "DANGER-EXPLOSIVES"

General Information
The Diplomatic Liaison Division of the Visa Office accepts applications for revalidation of A-2 and NATO1-6 visas for foreign military personnel stationed in the United States. If the principal applicant has no Personal Identification Number (PID) assigned by the Department of State's Office of Protocol, he/she must submit military orders and a letter from the U.S. military command describing the applicant's assignment in the U.S. Foreign military orders must be in English or have an English translation attached. The letter must be on the letterhead of the military command, signed by a command official empowered to sign such letters, contain the principal applicant's and dependents' names, and state when the principal applicant's tour of duty will be completed. Applicants may also apply for a new visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad

Chapter 1
Ways and Means
This chapter decodes the alphabet soup of US weapons sales and military aid programs, providing background on them and on other arms industry buzz words. Pointers for researching each of these programs are included, as well. Weapons made in the USA are sold, leased and given to governments the world over. In 1996, more than 160 of the earth's 190 independent states took delivery of US military equipment or training. To help you effectively intervene against arms sales and the subsidy programs which underwrite them, the different mechanisms used to export American arms are explained here. While this chapter contains tips for gathering data on each of these programs, chapter 7 is wholly dedicated to helping you find information on these issues. Full citations and ordering information for all of the reports listed in this chapter-and throughout this book-can be found here. Why Foreign Military Sales (FMS)?
  • The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) system represents a direct and mutually beneficial relationship between the government of an allied/friendly sovereign country and the United States Government (USG). If defense-related equipment, training and services are purchased through FMS, transactions are government-to-government. In line with this relationship, the USG will negotiate with manufacturers on behalf of the customer country to obtain the most advantageous terms, prices, economies of scale and accompanying efficiencies. The USG assumes all contracting risk. Customer country purchases, whenever possible, are grouped with USG purchases to lower total acquisition costs to all purchasers (both U.S. and international). FMS transactions, though somewhat complicated in their conception and execution, are more transparent to financial scrutiny. Many customer countries rely on FMS to reduce/eliminate corruption in the defense acquisition process.

Advice about Possible Loss of U.S. Citizenship and Foreign Military Service
A U.S. citizen who is a resident or citizen of a foreign country may be subject to compulsory military service in that country. Although the United States recognizes the problems that may be caused by such foreign military service, there is little that we can do to prevent it since each sovereign country has the right to make its own laws on military service and apply them as it sees fit to its citizens and residents. Such participation by citizens of our country in the internal affairs of foreign countries can cause problems in the conduct of our foreign relations and may involve U.S. citizens in hostilities against countries with which we are at peace. For this reason, U.S. citizens facing the possibility of foreign military service should do what is legally possible to avoid such service. Federal statutes long in force prohibit certain aspects of foreign military service originating within the United States. The current laws are set forth in Section 958-960 of Title 18 of the United States Code. In

These beautiful handmade airplane models are authentic replicas made from the finest grade of select kiln dried Philippine mahogany wood. The aircraft models are made entirely by hand: From the handcarving of the fuselage, wings and tail section, to the sanding of the aircraft's contours. Every part is assembled precisely into place. After shaping and sanding, the model passes through several stages of priming and sanding before it is hand painted to duplicate the actual colors, emblems, and insignias of the original historical aircraft. Finally, multiple coats of clear lacquer are applied to protect the artwork and provide an overall glossy finish.
