One of our favorite places, the kruger national park is as big as israel. Thats a pretty huge park. In it you will find all the big animals of AfricA, such as the elephant, lion, rhino, leopard and the cheetah.(they are known as the big 5) Theres also buffalo, giraffes, wildebeast, many typ es of antelope, wildhogs, hippos, wild dogs, monkeys, ostriches and some of the biggest crocodiles you want to see. There is also abundant birdlife. All that and its pretty too. All these animals are in the wild, living where they should be. They are not in any way controlled. They eat by grazing or killing each other. what can be more fun than watching a crocodile waiting for an innocent antelope to come and drink from ther waterhole? Or watching Elephants playing in the mud. We love our wildlife, but there is so much more too! Everyday I am fortunate enough to see the most beautiful sunsets in the world, and thats just from the back door of my house. We are really lucky to live here in AfricA, and the great thing is that we know how to appreciate it. I often take my family out on trips through namibia and zimbabwe. | |
