Jehovah's Witnesses are known for active evangelism and the Watchtower "Jehovah's Witnesses are members of a worldwide Christian religion who actively share with others information about God, whose name is Jehovah, and about his Son, Jesus Christ. They base their beliefs solely on the principles found in the Holy Bible and view first-century Christianity as their model." Office of Public Information of Jehovah's Witnesses The group now known as the Jehovah's Witnesses was founded in 1879 by Charles Taze Russell, a Pennsylvania businessman. Russell's Adventist background and study of the Bible led him to conclude, among other things, that the second coming of Christ would occur in 1914, that Hellfire did not exist, and God was not a Trinity. Today, there are 6.4 million practicing Jehovah's Witnesses worldwide. Witnesses are very active in evangelism and missions, both in the group's original home of the United States and throughout the world.

jehovah's witnesses
jehovah's witnesses The Jehovah's Witnesses believe the teachings of the Bible, using their own translation. Jehovah's Witnesses actively share with others information about God, whose name is Jehovah, and about his Son, Jesus Christ. However, their beliefs differ from mainstream Christian religions in several areas. Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe in the Holy Trinity, but do believe in Satan. They believe Jesus Christ was crucified on a stake not on a cross; the cross is not a significant symbol for this reason and also because symbols are not used by Witnesses during worship. Although they remember Christ's death, they do not celebrate Christmas or Easter. The imminent end of the world has always been a crucial part of the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses, who believe they will survive Armageddon, and go on to live on a paradise on earth. Jehovah's Witnesses believe taking blood into the body through the mouth or veins violates God's law. This controversial policy extends to disallowing blood transfusions, even those involving a person's own blood, has sometimes brought the Jehovah's Witnesses into conflict with medical and legal authorities.

What does it take to effectively answer a Jehovahs Witnesses (or Jahovas Witness as they say in certain parts of the world) to the place that he is shaken from his spiritual delusions? It will take exposure to Gods truth plus, on the part of the Jehovahs Witness (JW), a heart which is open to Scripture. Many of the JWs are so indoctrinated and their lives are so wrapped up with their religion that they refuse to consider the evidence which any Christian may offer, even if it comes from their own literature! They know they would lose it all if they became a Bible-defined Christian since those who leave the organization are considered apostates and shunned by others, even their own natural family members. Hence, the price seems too great for many, but not all of them. Some JWs do come to salvation. Christians must try to win their souls, for they desperately need eternal life.

Authorities identified at least eight victims that McLean allegedly abused over the course of nearly a decade.  One victim estimated McLean molested her “over 100 times,” according to the U.S. Marshals Service.  Deputy Marshal Thomas Maranda, who is leading the hunt for the 56-year-old fugitive, says McLean gained the trust of many of his victims through his leadership position, as a so-called ministerial servant, in his local congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses near San Diego.

The Nazis also began to suppress several Christian minorities whom they felt were subversive to their goals. Even before the war, Jehovah's Witnesses had been considered heretics by other Christian denominations and individual German states sought to limit their activities. In the early 1930's, Nazi storm troopers broke up their meetings and beat up individual Witnesses. After the Nazis came to power, the persecution of Jehovah's Witnesses intensified. On July 27, 1933, the Gestapothe Nazi street policeclosed the printing operation of the Watchtower Society, an organization of the Witnesses. The Gestapo ordered all state-police precincts to search regional Witness groups and organizations. The Witnesses, however, defied Nazi prohibitions by continuing to meet and distribute literature smuggled in from Switzerland. For defying the ban on their activities, many Witnesses were arrested and sent to prisons and concentration camps. They lost their jobs in both private industry and public service and were denied their unemployment, social welfare, and pension benefits. On April 1, 1935, Jehovah's Witnesses were banned by law. However, they refused to be drafted into the military services or perform war-related work and continued to meet. In 1935, some 400 Witnesses were imprisoned at Sachsenhausen concentration camp. By 1939, an estimated 6,000 Witnesses were detained in prisons and camps. Some were tortured by police to force them to renounce their faith. Few did so.

    20. JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES - THE CULTIC ANNOYANCE TO MUSLIM HOMES
Many Muslims are aware of failed Jehovah Witness prophecies; this page exposes these prophecies using scanned photostats of the Awake and Watchtower.

A MUSLIM GUIDE TO COUNTERING JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES
The greatest menace to Muslim homes in the West by Malik Ali
As a Muslim who lives in a Western country, I have come to realise that the greatest harassment comes from a Christian sect that numbers a mere 6-7 million; the Jehovah's Witnesses. The Muslims come across them so often for the very factor that they come knocking on their doors. The group was born in the U.S.A. (Like almost every other cult you might come across) and every weekend they come armed with their contrived New World Translation Bible and their Awake, Watchtower magazines; they'll come pounding on your doors. Yes, the lady and the gentleman who come dressed in business suits. No their not trying to sell you products, but "simply" to destroy your Iman in exchange for their humorous "The world is coming to an end" cult. Many Muslims are aware of their failed past prophecies; but it's usually your word against theirs. The purpose of this page is to expose these cultist using their own tools. I recommend for Muslims who regularly come into contact with Jehovah's Witnesses, to print out the scanned Photostat articles following from the links below. Trust me, once you've shown them this. They'll give you a pathetic defense and stand their pretending their shocked, and most of them will never come to your houses again. It's difficult for someone to swallow their own past failures that now go against their dogma.
