Welcome The Richard D. Frisbee III Foundation is a charity committed to raising funds for research and treatment of cancers that affect children and adults. Cancer is the leading cause of death from illness in children. While great advances have occurred in the last few decades, there is much to be done to find answers to these difficult illnesses. Our volunteers are like our family and work hard to raise funds for our mission. We provide critical support to researchers to study leukemia, immune system disorders, cancerous tumors and blood related illnesses. We also provide assistance to improve the quality-of-life of cancer patients and their families.
All contributions are tax deductible under our 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. Richard D. Frisbee III Foundation Honoring Bobby Valentine

Welcome to the LINC Website, a site dedicated to supporting patients and their families affected by leukaemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers. No-one knows how they will react when diagnosed with cancer, it can be a life changing experience. Not only do we have to face our own mortality but also the prospect of surgery, chemotherapy and possible radiotherapy. There often follows a long in patient stay in hospital whilst intensive chemotherapy is given. It is rather like being hit with a sledge hammer - one moment you don't feel to bad and the next you are flattened by the diagnosis and the treatment. The intensive chemotherapy will wipe out most of the blood count so the patient is totally dependant on medical support. There are no white cells in the blood to fight infection so patients are kept in isolation. This is where LINC come in. By providing financial support and funding a clinical psychologist we can help to provide psychological support, helping to keep families and relationships together.
