Wenn Sie diesen Satz verstehen, sind Sie auf meiner deutschen Homepage weit besser aufgehoben. I welcome you to my homepage, visitor number 97626. Let me say with all due respect that it is a very courageous decision to read the English version. When not working as a programmer at the Acoustics Research Institute of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, or managing the Erpelstolz Canned Worms business, I teach Unix courses or ponder ideas for my Gateway to Logic and deal with change requests and users' wishes. For quite some time there have been my introductory courses in logic at the Department of Philosopy at the University of Vienna . In recent years I have found out that linguistics is much more fun than philosophy. One result of this enlightment is my simple LCA checker that does nothing useful at all but was a lot of fun writing. I compiled some information on my logic courses, my introductory text book, and on some other important things in life, like Linux, logics, philosophy and software history. Probably this information won't be useful to you since, with the exception of my logic page , I wrote it in German, the language I can speak. If you are not afraid of nouns of impressive length, you could take a look at my more complete

The democratisation of art and the emancipation of the masses You are invited to personally interact with the contents of the exhibition! According to the artistic director Peter Weibel in YOUniverse the visitor will be the protagonist. The leading idea is to make visible. Themes of the exhibition: Curator and artistic director Peter Weibel (born in Odessa, Ukraine, 1944) as an early and eloquent champion of a theory of media and communication investigates the inherent laws and mechanisms of the various media since many years. He and his co-curators selected creations by around 100 artists about the themes mobility, individualisation through technologies, quantum physics, nanotechnology, hydraulic engineering, architecture and the environment. One aspect is to show the democratization of art. The audience, rather than the artists, is the star.

They offered courses of lectures in divinity, logic philosophy canon and civil law Henry Wardlaw , the Bishop of St. Andrews , granted a charter of privilege in 1411; he sought a Bull of foundation from the antipope Benedict XIII , whose legate he was and whose claims Scotland supported. The Bull was granted in 1413; it was confirmed by royal charter of James I in 1532. The five-hundredth anniversary of the foundation was celebrated in 1911. The university consisted of three colleges St. Salvator's , founded in 1450 by Bishop James Kennedy confirmed and further privileged by Popes Nicholas V Pius II , and Paul II St. Leonard's , founded by Archbishop Stuart and Prior Hepburn in 1512; and St. Mary's, founded by Archbishop James Beaton , under sanction of Paul III , in 1537. This occupied the site of the original pedagogy. All the foundations were amply supported by successive

INTRODUCTION This Master aims to provide a thorough grounding in all aspects of advanced logic, both pure and applied. On completion, students will have the necessary skills to be able to continue with their postgraduate studies, put their knowledge into practice in the job market, or start undertaking research in many of the central areas in the field of logic. This Master is organized jointly by the University of Barcelona (UB) and the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), with the collaboration of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA) of the CSIC. The Master complies with the new Spanish regulations for postgraduate studies ( Real Decreto 1393/2007), which aim at the construction of an European Higher Education Area following the guidelines of the Bologna Declaration (1999), and has been aproved by the

Srivasa Thakura was a close associate of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and a member of the Pancha Tattva Srivasa Thakura is understood as tatastha-shakti, a marginal energy of Bhagavan, Krsna in person. Devotees who are headed by Srivasa Thakura are described as 'parts' of transcendental body of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu (His eyes, ears, hands, disc/cakra, etc.). They all participated in His transcendental pastimes. They all helped to spread Krsna consciousness, sankirtana-yajna. On the other hand, Srivasa is also Narada - an eternal transcendental associate of Lord Krsna. Srivasa was studying Srimad-Bhagavatam with Advaita Acarya, who was at that time in Navadvipa. They worshiped Krsna, who as an answer to their prayers, appeared as Caitanya Mahaprabhu and converted many atheists - Mayavadis, Buddhists and others who were opposed to pure devotional service - making them all His loving devotees.

The goal of Cognitive Science is to study human mind. This means that Cognitive Science is the study on 'the interest in human' concerned and researched in various fields. Therefore, Cognitive Science needs to communicate with other related fields and to exchange the results.
Yonsei Cognitive Science is an interdisciplinary program in the graduate school for studying human mind and it opens to whoever wants to study Cognitive Science, regardless of one's majors. Yonsei Cognitive Science is made up of fundamental studies and applied research. The one, such as logics, philosophy, linguistics, psychology, neuro-science and etc., researches the principle of mind and provides it for the other. The other, such as computer science, cognitive engineering, emotional science, informational system engineering and etc., simulates and implements what is provided by the fundamental studies; or at least try to find the way of its application and propose the proper way to the fundamental studies. This is possible through the various projects performed by professors and students.
In Yonsei Cognitive Science, there are professors and students who are ready to incorporate for this 'interdisplinary study'. The professors are developing their research through adopting various stimuli and views from different fields actively, as well as succeeding the abilities and experiences of their own to students and experts in other fields. The students are studying and discussing their special areas seriously in view of Cognitive Science, which makes the future of Cognitive Science take concrete shape, little by little.

So who on hell is Pietro Braione?
I am an Italian guy, born in november 1972 (make your accounting). Right now I am a PhD student at Politecnico di Milano, Information Engineering. My research is on formal models, paradigms and middleware for network-aware programming. Apart from this, I also study music (piano, singing) and some martial arts (Tai Chi Chuan, JKD). I have interests in many topics of mathematics (lattice theory and category theory lately), logics, philosophy, and I very seldom write code without any pretense of producing something even useful. But all this, of course, doesn't tell much about me. So what are you waiting for to write me Va' che bel fioeu! Updated: 2004-01-08 23:33 UTC
