    SIRS Mandarin, Inc. has announced that, with the State Library of Louisiana's recent purchase of SIRS Researcher, SIRS Government Reporter, SIRS Renaissance, and SIRS Discoverer Deluxe reference databases, more than 330 public libraries serving 4.4 million Louisiana citizens now have access to a wide range of full-text databases with articles from thousands of publications. The SIRS databases were recommended by Louisiana's Public Library Database Advisory Committee for their full-text articles covering a variety of subject areas and for their wide range of source material. SIRS Researcher contains full-text articles exploring social, scientific, health, historic, business, economic, political, and global issues. SIRS Government Reporter compiles a wide range of information published by and about the federal government. SIRS Renaissance provides current information from 700 publications. SIRS Discoverer Deluxe is a database for children that contains full-text articles from more than 1,200 publications.
