Magnetic Levitation - Science is Fun
Magnetic, diamagnetic and superconductor levitation topics and links
Magnetic levitation science and levitation science project links.
As a child, I discovered I could levitate a ping pong ball on a stream of air from the output pipe of a vacuum cleaner. This is similar to optical levitation of a glass bead in a laser beam (pressure from photon recoil instead of an air stream). It has been calculated that every second, the Earth is struck by about 4.5 pounds of light. I hope you enjoy the many exciting ways to levitate objects.
Levitation News Items:

But at the same time we must bear in mind that physics is not a deductive science, and that its body of first principles is by no means fixed and unalterable. Max Planck, The New Science, 1959. The following links provide basic information about how MRI works.
They are arranged in increasing order of difficulty.
