Am I going simple? I can 't find anything to do this

Not a feature that is native to Outlook. You will need a macro (add-on)
that performs a scheduled task within Outlook, like: http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Schedule-Recurring-Email.asp Of course, since it operates as an add-on, you will need to leave Outlook running all the time. It probably works well enough but remember that Outlook is *not* a mail server. You might want to check if there is a server-side scheduled e-mail generator. So, in this list of "good morning" recipients, did they actually opt into your list? If not, you are spamming. Do they have the option to opt out? If so, how do they opt out? By sending you a personal e-mail

U.S. Military Response is Wrong And It Won't Work by Stephen Zunes San Jose Mercury News October 12, 2001 The magnitude of the initial U.S. airstrikes in Afghanistan raises legal, moral and practical questions. The use of military force for self-defense is legitimate under international law. Military retaliation is not. The use of heavy bombers against a country with few hard targets belies the Bush administration's claim that the attacks are not against the people of Afghanistan.

    http://www.struggle.ws/issues/war/afghan/pamwt/antiwar.html
    Building an antiwar movement
It's easy to feel despair, isolation and frustration at what's presented to us as an inevitable drive into an indefinitely long war. The key ingredients of success in building a successful anti-war movement are confidence in ordinary people's potential, solidarity with each other and a long-term view: we have not been able to prevent the first bombs falling, but over time we can reverse the dynamic and stop the war. Historical experience - desertion and mutinies at the end of World War I, the international movement against the war in Vietnam, the anti-nuclear movement of the 1980s - shows that movements can stop or divert even large-scale processes of militarisation, but only when large numbers of ordinary people are actively involved. The experience of active involvement in turn gives people more confidence in their own capacities to think and act for themselves, which is an important element in building a better world. This means: 1. Making space for a diversity of voices within the movement. To insist on expressing only the most radical line will isolate activists at the very time when many ordinary people are looking for a way out. To insist on being as "mainstream" as possible will stop the movement developing and restrict participation to a small section of the population. So a good "platform" will include as wide a range of anti-war voices as possible. This enables the movement to speak to different people and is part of learning from each other.

    Rebuked! - Mark 8:31-33
(ERV) Full Text Key Thought Peter tried to rebuke Jesus. Jesus then shows how important this matter is to him. He calls Peter Satan. Ouch! What a stern rebuke! However, the orientation of Scripture is clear: without the grace that comes from Jesus' sacrificial death, men and women are under the influence and control of Satan. The majority rule of humanity is not going to be the will of God. The will of the Lord will always be a "minority opinion" even though it is God's truth and God's standard! We must open our eyes and ask the Lord to open our hearts to know his truth, his will, and his way. Today's Prayer Get WJD by EMAIL!

Does Microsoft have any documentation on how mail clients other than Outlook are supposed to thread messages that come from Outlook (since they're too stubborn to use In-Reply-To or References headers)? Outlook messages are seriously polluting the mailing lists I belong to by breaking the threading.
I have no trouble with threading with the mailing lists I receive via Outlook. Care to describe the problem in some detail?

    Building an antiwar movement
This was a contribution to an international anarchist pamphlet "Against war and imperialism 2", produced in the immediate aftermath of the attack on Afghanistan, the first in the US administration's indefinite series of wars against "terrorism". The full pamphlet is available for printing off the Web at this address . After the protests of February 15th, I think these points were largely correct. It’s easy to feel despair, isolation and frustration at what’s presented to us as an inevitable drive into an indefinitely long war.
