A Child Is Missing This organization works through law enforcement. The objective of their program is to assist police officers in the recovery of missing or abducted children, the elderly and disabled. When a child goes missing, a police officer at the scene calls the ACIM office and gives them the details about the missing child. The ACIM will then activate their "Rapid Response Communications System" ACIM can generate about 1000 telephone calls per hour. The objective of this project is to alert the public to the fact that a child is missing and give them pertinent information that may help recover the child. THIS IS A GREAT SITE FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. Child Protection Education of America (Toll Free Hot line: 1-866-872-2445) Child Protection Education of America, Inc. (CPEA) is a newly established non-profit organization dedicated to addressing one of America's most pressing concerns, missing and exploited children. The three founders have over 30 years of total experience with the issue and are very well respected by their peers. This national organization will work directly with parents who have missing children and the law enforcement agencies who are in charge of their cases. Jimmy Ryce Center for Victims of Predatory Abduction Hot Line: 1-800-546-7923 very good educational site for children. Through a series of real life stories the Ryces, who lost their son Jimmy to a predator, educate children on "How to be a Predator-Smart kid." Has a list of abducted children to be down loaded.
