Healthy Eating is something most of us are concerned about. My aim, as a nutritional therapist, is to provide professional nutrition advice which is specific to each client's individual needs, and which takes into account biochemical individuality. Many of my clients first come to see me because they are struggling with low energy levels or long-standing digestive complaints. Many have health problems that are made worse by stress. Some clients are concerned primarily with managing their weight but then are surprised that health problems such as eczema or migraines clear up after following a nutrition programme for between 4 -12 weeks.
