Hi..... I was born on September 6th, 1978 a Wednesday. In Malayalam calendar, it is a Chitra Naal in Chinga Masam. I have done my studies from two different places, One is Calicut, the place where my parents were working and second is Ernakulam, where I joined for my Masters degree in Oceanography. Now I purchased 6 Cents of land at Kangarapady, Kakkanad. I hope to construct a new house there. It is just 4 Km off my working place.

Latest publications: Mixed layer lateral eddy fluxes mediated by air-sea interaction . JPO, 2010 On the seasonal cycle of Eighteen Degree Water Volume JPO, 2010 Using transformation and formation maps to study the role of air-sea heat fluxes in North Atlantic Eighteen Degree Water formation JPO, 2009 Research interest: My research is focused on understanding processes of water mass ventilation and ocean-atmosphere interactions within a very large range of temporal and spatial scales. I'm especially interested in the top layers of the ocean and their vertical structures, those under direct influence of the atmospheric forcing.
I explored the atmospheric part of air-sea interactions during my PhD LPO , Brest and LMD , Paris, 2006). I studied
