Grants Information for 2008-2009 Grant Recipients Recipients of OLN Southeast Regional Center grants are expected to: 1) Develop a professional learning community 2) Work toward achieveing the goals set forth in their grant proposal. 3) Attend a Fall Kick-off event, a mid-year learning institute, and the end-of-year sharing expo. 4) Share the outcomes of the learning community experience. 5) Complete a two-part Portrait of Practice self-assessment. Both parts must be completed and submitted to Eugene Burns by e-mail by May 15. Download the Portrait of Practice form in Microsoft Word format. 6) Complete the self-evaluation rubric and submit by e-mail to Eugene Burns by June 1. Download the self-evaluation rubric in Microsoft Excel format. 7) Prepare and submit a final financial report which will include the final budget form and an itemized statement of expenses. The itemized statement and the budget form must include institutional matching funds. This should be submitted by e-mail to Eugene Burns by July 20.
