I offer personalized survey research services, targeted towards non-profit organizations, small businesses, and graduate students working on theses and dissertations.
With a background in psychology, twenty-nine years of research experience facilitates creating surveys with additional depth in the areas of preferences, values and beliefs. For example, in the analysis of results, a psychological background enhances the analysis of open-ended questions to produce clearer and deeper understandings of underlying motivations.
As an independent consultant working out of a home office, I am usually available beyond regular business hours.
I have worked extensively with children and have used this experience to develop a skill of explaining complex issues at the level of the adult listener.
Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount, and graduate students receive a 30% discount.
    • Having worked on well over 300 adult oriented projects in the last two decades, plus working with children and having a natural creative side, I can bring extensive crossover skills to your project.

Bratton Appraisal Group said Multiple Listing Service data shows that during most of 2009, short sales and sales of bank-owned properties totaled upward of 60 percent of the houses sold in Bend, The Bulletin reported. In nearby Redmond, Madras and Prineville, duress sales account for an even larger share of the market. In Redmond, the rate hit a high of 87 percent in January, while Prineville peaked at 90 percent in January and May 2010, and Madras climbed all the way to 100 percent of the market during five months in 2009 and 2010.
