Welcome to Sincerely Yours Pages. the word sincere is a beautiful word and if we could live it's meaning throughout all of our lives, in things we do, conversation and feelings etc. it would be really nice . It's great to unite with others from all over the world, not only to virtually meet people from all nations, but how lovely to have a virtual home right here too.
Home in mind, this little space is meant to be welcoming and relaxing...So relax and make yourself at home:)
I really enjoy visiting other Christians sites and personal home pages. Its like travelling from here in England without the aeroplane ride to all over:)
We may not actually get to see the people we make friends with on the Internet, but in other ways we share more.
Its like you get to see the real person more than if we did meet person to person. Sharing heart to heart. You can also visit the other pages by clicking on this drop down menu, choosing the page you wish to visit then click the grey 'Take me there!' button.

Thanks for Surfing to the NAF We are very pleased that you searched to us. We are sorry that we cannot answer your mail with a personal letter but we are unable to do that. Our budget is very limited. We cannot afford the staff necessary to respond personally. Often we receive letters explaining in elaborate detail one's entire medical history, asking for medical advice. Unfortunately, we are not a treatment facility and we are absolutely unable to render any diagnostic impressions or to advise a writer of a particular treatment. That would be practicing medicine. Please understand that we are an educational organization. We don't treat, we teach. We are not allowed to respond to your letters in which you may have asked for medical advice. However, we do hope that this website will give you the knowledge that will help you find the answers that you seek. This website is intended for educational information only. Treatment for an appendicitis is not a do it yourself' project. Neither is treatment for anxiety disorders. If you believe, after reading this, that you might have an anxiety disorder, you should see your physician who can either diagnose and treat you, or refer you to a specialist.
Here are some basics for you to consider.

So I noticed that I only post when I'm freaking out....
Thought I would post at a moment where I was actually calm for the moment.
I have these anxiety attacks that happen out of nowhere. It's my PTSD but I have always had panic and anxiety all due to trauma.
      I remember everything.
I have a question though... does anyone else panic ever because they don't know what is wrong with them? I find if I have like a sick stomach or a head ache or am feeling a certain way I NEED to know why so I can fix it... and not knowing gives me more anxiety.
I am in treatment for PTSD and my trauma and it's only made it worse. It's helping ofcourse but everything is on the surface. I can't wait for it to all be over, the pain and anxiety. But I know that the healing process can take a while... Tips that usually help me calm down... I carry a rubics cube, a hand puzzle. Putty... one of those snappers to make myself feel better. I like to- well no one LIKES to- but it helps me to throw my hands out. Hold on tight to something, do a huge jerk of movement... sometimes I can't control the jerking... so I try to keep something with me that has something to do with my hands. Also something to smell, like lavender... or vanilla or Cinnamon... it helps me to remember being ok. Also ripping papers... running my hands over a rough surface to make myself feel like I am ok...

These attacks may last from minutes to hours. See also: Generalized anxiety disorder Alternative Names Panic attacks Causes, incidence, and risk factors The exact cause of a panic disorder is unknown. Genetics may play a role in this disorder. Studies suggest that if one identical twin has panic disorder, 40% of the time, the other twin will also develop the condition. However, panic disorder also often occurs in family members who are not blood relatives. Panic disorder occurs twice as often in women as in men. A person with panic disorder often lives in fear of another attack and may be afraid to be alone or to be far from medical help. Symptoms usually begin before age 25. Although panic disorder may occur in children, it is often not diagnosed until they are older. People with this condition often have medical tests and exams for symptoms related to heart attack or other conditions before a diagnosis of panic disorder is made.
