Reading help for adults is available. Children who donít get help with their reading problems are poor readers as adults. Reading comprehension problems are commonly associated with the academic struggles of children and adolescents. However, thousands of adults struggle daily to complete college studies or to support themselves and their families while dealing with comprehension difficulties. Adults can have comprehension problems that range from mild to severe. Difficulty with comprehension interferes with keeping up professionally. It limits how much an individual can understand and remember from company training sessions, workshops and seminars. Adults with comprehension problems struggle to understand and remember oral directions, memos, policies and procedures. For these people, instructions or directions to complete complex projects or assignments can be extremely difficult to grasp.

Reading help for adults: Remediation
People who learned to read early and easily canít imagine what life would be like without being able to read and write. Adult non-readers may have someone else complete job applications and write letters for them. They limit their opportunities by avoiding situations that would reveal their problem, and sometimes pretend they can read to avoid embarrassment. Differences in the way they process information, poor teaching, or other unusual circumstances, have prevented these adults from learning to read. They are often embarrassed by their inability to read, and sometimes hide their disability by having a trusted friend or relative read for them. But there is hope. At LearningRx, we have proven methods that can help people at any stage in life become better, more complete readers. Call a

Writing Skills Improve
Mark Beechís mother gives an overview of her sonís problems and of his progress: "Mark's problems became noticeable when at age 2 years he showed very little speech development. That seemed the only developmental delay; there were no physical problems. His speech did improve, but at age 4-5 years it was still very limited and very hard to understand. "He started primary school in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, M.E., but repeated Year 1 twice as there was no progress. Then we moved to Durban, South Africa, where he attended another Year 1 class, also with no improvement. "In 1990 we returned to Perth and we managed to have him placed into a special ed. unit Year 2. He remained in special education for primary and secondary schooling and completed Year 12. "The emphasis of special education at Sacred Heart College was primarily life skills. His reading and writing skills were extremely limited; his math skills were marginally better. "Mark has been examined extensively over the years and has never been diagnosed with anything in particular.

Adult Reading Comprehension Improvement in Three Months or Less. . . with Live Support!
Do you know how frustrating it is to have completed twelve years of elementary and high school education, maybe 4-8 years of college/university training (and perhaps more) and STILL not feel like you can grasp ideas quickly enough to keep up, advance academically or professionally? What MindPrime's IdeaChain Program delivers is a solution, broken into bite size pieces, that makes grasping and remembering ideas a reality.
Adults who benefit from the IdeaChain Reading Comprehension Program experience these problems:
  • Read and don't remember Fall asleep when reading Get confused after reading several pages Find it difficult to explain things Don't remember what people have told them Answer the wrong questions on tests May have difficulty in maintaining relationships because they don't understand or communicate well Can't pass qualifying tests (for nursing school, medical school, CPA, etc.) because of the reading comprehension portion. They may do quite well on the math, science or financial portions.

SightPhonics is called "the adult reading program that surprised even us" ... because the reading program was originally created to be used in a private school situation, by a shear stroke of fate was it tested on adult students and surpassed all other reading programs used.
SightPhonics is also the only reading program that teaches you the fundamentals of how to read. SightPhonics includes stories, words and sentences for practice. All the reading phonics lessons in SightPhonics are available in audio recordings on CD. Just put the CD in a standard CD player, open the book and follow the directions.
SightPhonics is also available online using the same fast and easy methods as the CD version. SightPhonics works by breaking down the word and then reads it to you. Simply click the order button and you can use SightPhonics for as long as you like. When you feel you no longer need SightPhonics just cancel your subscription any time through your PayPal account. But please...send us your success story. We love to read them. How it Works As is typically the case when approaching this subject, SightPhonics guided reading lesson plan starts by teaching the letter sounds and the letter names. The online version teaches by reading the instructions, sounds, and words when they are clicked along with the feature of breaking down a word by rolling the mouse over it.
