Hello! I'm Joan Reeves.
It may sound corny, but I find joy in the written word - reading and writing them. Sharing the stories that spin around inside my head is my ultimate triumph.
I've had seven wonderful romance novels and one novella published in various editions: mass market paperback, hardcover, and large print. Two other novels have been Internet published on www.Romantic4ever.com.
In the nonfiction area, I co-authored and edited my mother's memoir Memory Lane: My Sentimental Journey . I've also written thousands of articles that have been published on the Internet and in print.
I love writing romance because the world needs more stories about the power of love and commitment. My romance novels are laced with comedy because the world can be grim, and laughter helps us get through the hard times.
I was and am a freelance writer for regional and national periodicals and all over the Web. I've sold just about every written form under my own name, pseudonyms, and as a ghost writer. | |
