In this class, we'll prepare a variety of dishes to incorporate into your routine that aren't the same old green salad you're used to. We'll use myriad veggies and apply different cooking techniques to rejuvenate your kitchen to reflect the seasonal change. Spring is a time of renewal, new growth, and light.
