Official Compilation Rules and Regulations State of Tennessee Proposed Rules The following rule changes were approved by the Board April 16, 2010. Following review by the Attorney General and filing with the Secretary of State, the revised rules will become effective 105 days after publication in the Tennessee Administrative Register, absent a stay of the effective date by the Government Operations Committee. Pupil Transportation (effective 1/29/2011) Special Education Programs and Services (effective 1/29/2011) The following rule changes were approved by the Board January 28, 2010 .
