The announcement was made by Jean Ward, the BRSU's Director of Curriculum Assessment and Professional Development. Barclay has been a counselor at MEMS since 2004. In total she has been a counselor for sixteen years. Beth holds an MA in Counseling from Univ. of New Hampshire (1995) and is a Nationally Certified Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (VT).
