He served as a master teacher in the Milken TAP program in his school district, and has most recently been an Instructional Facilitator (coach) in his district. He is also the chairperson of the state-wide WYAA (Wyoming Afterschool Alliance). Finally, one of the responsibilities of the WEA Executive Director is to serve as plan administrator for WEBT (Wyoming Educator Benefit Trust), a health insurance trust that serves employees of more than 20 school districts and several other public entities.
