The Nobel Peace Prize 1976 was awarded jointly to Betty Williams and Mairead Corrigan Betty Williams and Mairead Corrigan received their Nobel Prize one year later, in 1977. During the selection process in 1976, the Norwegian Nobel Committee decided that none of the year's nominations met the criteria as outlined in the will of Alfred Nobel. According to the Nobel Foundation's statutes, the Nobel Prize can in such a case be reserved until the following year, and this statute was then applied. Betty Williams and Mairead Corrigan therefore received their Nobel Prize for 1976 one year later, in 1977. TO CITE THIS PAGE:

sql_server thread: Using DTS to import an access table
Hi I set a schedule in DTS to import a table's data from an access database. I selected Drop and Create Destination table. The schedule seemed to run and the destination table was dropped and recreated BUT did not copy the data. I tried setting another schedule with append rows option but the data was still not copied. I got this message in the event viewer : SQL Server Scheduled Job 'DTS000000001' (0xF90603226519D5118FA20008C711C71C) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 3/21/01 3:17:00 PM - Message: The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 18 (DTS000000001). The last step to run was step 1 (DTS000000001). Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks Mairead.
