If you have trouble with this part you should get help from classmates, the math lab, or your teacher. I am available for extra help many times during the day. All you must do is ask for the help. Group homework sessions are suggested on a once a week basis. The ideal group size is from 3 to 4 students. Any more and there is too much time wasted and any fewer may not provide enough brain power for the task at hand. In all cases, pre-exam study groups will offer a greater opportunity for understanding, apprecciation, and success. Examinations Generally there will be three or four major tests per marking period. These will be announced well in advance. You are expected to make up any missed exams the day you return from your absence (exceptions will be made for extended absence).
