SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER REPORTER Each Tuesday evening, a pack of water-bound minotaurs chase and charge after a ball near the University of Washington's Waterfront Activities Center. Half boat, half human, they slap their paddles in the hunt, much like an agitated bull paws the ground.
