How did Ninpo Taijutsu (Ninjutsu) evolve (2)
In the book "Essence of Ninjutsu" by Masaaki Hatsumi it is mentioned that Iga Heinabe Yasukiyo, another student of Gamon Doshi. Was given a piece of land, Iga Hattori in the Iga region as thanks for the help he gave Minamoto Yoritomo (1147-1198) in the fight against the Taira clan. He is supposed to have built a castle, which became the origin to Iga Heinabe. But since Iga Heinabe Yasukiyo was supposed to have lived in the late 11th century and Minamoto Yoritomo in the late 12th century.
On the other hand, IGA Heinabe Yasukio seem to be the basis of the knowledge that IGA Heinai Zaemon Nojo Ieanaga, his descendant in the 12:th generation, used when he founded a school, also named IGA RYU, but which later had its name changed to Kumogakure Ryu Ninpo. There is another story that states that Ise Saburo Yoshimuro allied with Minamoto Yoritomo's brother Yoshitsune in the flight from Yoritomo. This is more in line with the dates in history, even if it's not verified yet.
All the different Iga Ryu had their own linage of Soke (family head), but Iga Ryu as whole also had a lineage of persons that was in a leading role, called Jonin. It is not unusual to find names that also was a Soke in other Iga Ryu. Below is an approximate list of the Iga Ryu Jonin until the end of 16th century. The mentioned year is not exact or the year they was grandmasters but the year they was active.

"The essential elment for a Ninja (Shinobi) is a pure heart.  If a Ninja pursues the wrong course using trickery or plots, his heart cannot be pure and his judgment will always be misguided, never permitting an honest course of action.  If such a perosn uses Ninjutsu for only his or her benefit or that of an evil superior, their actions will betray them showing they were responsible.  There may be initial success providing money and fame, but they will tumble from their high pedestals before long.  The heart of a Ninja is Pure and Honest." Ninpo Romania If Ninjutsu defines the martial art practiced by the ninja warriors in feudal Japan and transmitted from generation to generation through several traditional schools, Ninpo is a modern discipline, oriented to a complex conditioning of both the body and the mind into an harmonically development whose final goal is, in fact, the self-knowledge. Ninpo is a non-competition discipline, and includes the kata study (practical applications with a partner), self-defense, and real-fight (shinken-jutsu) elements, based on various empty-hand and armed techniques gathered and systematized in 18 ancient distinct warrior disciplines. In Romania, Takamatsu-den Ninjutsu/Ninpo is being practiced since 1995, and there are several dojos in various cities. We are grateful to those instructors who supported our initiative, and helped us with their contact information. Cities index: B C G I ... T

Japanese Martial Art of Ninpo
The traditional Japanese martial art of ninpo is the study of the techniques of both the ninja and samurai warriors of Japan. The term ninpo is the combination of bumon (physical martial arts) and shumon (religion/spiritual refinement). Bumon is the martial art component consisting of 18 ninjutu systems and 18 samurai systems called Ninpo Sanjurokkei. You have the opportunity to learn, but not limited to:
  • Jujustu unarmed combat Kenjutsu sword techniques Bojutsu 6 wooden staff Shuriken jutsu blade throwing Kusarigama jutsu sickle and chain arts
The study of different spiritual cultures from around the world is shumon. The study of shumon will lead one to spiritual refinement or seishinteki kyoyo. The study of shumon will lead you to be better a teacher, student, husband, wife, employee, employer, father, mother, i.e. One can not only improve physically, we also have to cultivate the mind and spirit.

    Ninpo
Ninpo martial arts is more commonly known by the terms Ninjutsu and Ninja. True Ninpo, which is the higher order of Ninjutsu, involves study in 36 areas of training called the Ninpo Sanjurokkei. These areas of training are further divided into 2 sections:
Bugei Juhappan: A series of 18 arts comprising traditional martial arts.
Ninja Juhakkei: Another series of 18 arts that are Ninpo specific skills. Out of these, two remain the most important: spiritual refinement and unarmed defensive techniques. If one approaches training with a sincere heart and works hard, the remaining skills come much more naturally like water penetrating sand.
Of the 36 skills, two remain the most important.
Seishinteki kyoyo is training of the heart and spirit. By training hard with the proper intentions, an enduring spirit (Ninniku Seishin) is developed. This is entwined deep within the training of a sincere student, that with patience, humility, and endurance we polish our heart like a mirror.
The defensive techniques of Ninpo are known as Ninpo Taijutsu. The methods can be further broken down into:

Firearms Training
In terms of the Firearms Control Act (FCA) Act 60 of 2000 all existing firearms licensed in terms of the old act must be relicensed in terms of the new FCA.
Any application for a new firearm licence must also be applied for in terms of the FCA.
However the process of relicensing and new licence applications is handled somewhat differently.
There are several players involved in the process - these are: The SAPS Central Firearms Register, your local SAPS Designated Firearms Officer (DFO), the POSLEC SETA, the accredited training provider and in the case of security guards the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
Sound confusing doesn't it? We hope that we can shed a little light on the matter and clarify a couple of points. If you already own a legal and licensed firearm what must you do and by when?
You need to complete one (1) of three (3) possible processes - more about these a little later.
On successful completion of the course with the accredited service provider you will be issued with a proficiency certificate from the provider.
