Extractions: Basic Info About Myself. My name is Zach Breitenbach, and you have found your way to my home page. Here is some basic info on me... The first thing that you should know about me is that I'm a Christian, and serving God is the top priority in my life. Here's the rest... I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. In high school I moved to Cary, NC. I am a graduate of Cary High and NC State University. I received my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and went on to get an MBA. I am now back in school going to a Christian seminary to study Christian apologetics. (Apologetics involves offering a reasoned defense for the truth of the Christian faith.) While at NC State, I had the opportunity to compete in wrestling. God blessed me with quite a bit of success. I was the ACC wrestling champion at 197 pounds, 3-time Academic All-American, 3-time All-ACC, qualified for the NCAA tournament three times, was named team captain and team MVP, and was nationally ranked as high as #7 in my weight class. I was also honored as the top male athlete at NC State my senior year. I am grateful to God for these opportunities, and I am especially thankful for the hope that I have in Jesus Christ and the privilege of sharing God's truth with others! As far as my hobbies, some of them include: Bible study, video games, weight lifting, and eating lots of pizza (now that I no longer have to make weight for wrestling). I also like to travel. I have been to China, Japan, Ireland, Germany, Greece, New Zealand, Hawaii, Haiti (for a mission trip), Italy, and more... But the best place I have ever visited is Israel. It was exciting to see the places where so many biblical events took place.

By 2004 she starts her professional debut after many years of hard and devoted training by representing Ecuador in the XXII South American Powerlifting Championship, in Buenos Aires Argentina , in 2005, reaching the First Prize in several categories and obtaining a great sampling of gold medals, besides the Championship Cup. At her return to Ecuador she received tribute from several official authorities, including the welcoming from Mr. Pedro Salazar Barzola, the Daule's Mayor (her hometown), who offered her support for her career and various contributions including a house for her family due to her magnificent sports performance in representation to her city and country. Sadly, none of those offers had been accomplished so far. She remained active and participating in several exhibition tournaments across her country without ever finding a match to her extraordinaire capabilities, obtaining an arsenal of trophies and gold medals. Then she participated in the South American Games in Quito, reaching again the First Prize in several categories and showing a great level of technical performance, been granted again with the Championship Cup besides all the tournament's gold medals in her category. Finally, in 2010, she participated again in the South American Games in

Weight Lifting: Legs Weight/Muscle Gain Importance Calf Raises are important, either seated, standing or both, in any weight lifting routine because they are the only ways to adequately hit the calves http://www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/weight-lifting-legs.html
Extractions: Legs Also see, the new Weight Training Exercises Database for pictures and videos of the top muscle building exercises (currently being developed). When weight lifting, don't forget the legs. Too many men want big chests and biceps and forget about the legs. This is not smart, you'll end up looking disproportionate and odd. It will also likely lead to more injuries. Additionally, it is counterproductive. The body likes to grow all at once, so growing quads can indirectly help spur the growth of biceps. Some bodybuilders would even go so far as to tell you that the number one exercise for the biceps is the squat. As odd and unfathomable as that may sound, there is truth in those words. There is an undeniable synergy within the body. Treat your body as a whole, appropriately paying attention to all the major muscle groups, and it will respond with impressive overall growth. Leg training will be more important than any other body part when it comes to achieving your overall mass gain goals. On this page we'll look at the major muscles of the leg and then the various body building exercises that can effectively help you achieve stronger and more muscular legs.
