Extractions: Rachel sighs contentedly into the crook of Quinn's neck, her arm sliding over the blonde's flat stomach as she allows her body to relax for the first time since they had unwrapped presents that morning. Christmas was done at the Berry household purely for Quinn's benefit - although dad's family did celebrate it, the Berry family had been purely Hanukkah family for the seventeen years of her life. That was, of course, until Quinn Fabray had waltzed into Rachel's life. Well, not so much as waltzed as stumbled in, a mess of tears on blonde hair and a baby bump. Rachel had offered her house immediately after sectionals the year before and the tentative friendship had begun. It had its ups and downs (both involving screaming and crying) and had eventually led to more. The night of Regionals had the team stumbling into their hotel rooms with a silver trophy in their hands. Quinn and Rachel were in one of the boy’s rooms, Mike trying to show a giddy Rachel how to pop 'n lock before Quinn dragged the poor Jewish girl away, surely sparing her from an embarrassment that would lead to future counselling sessions. They burst through the door to their room only to have a very naked Brittany squeal and roll off an equally naked Santana Lopez and a disarrayed hotel bed onto the hard floor of the hotel. Santana hissed that the tie on the outside handle was most certainly there for a reason and the two had left in a flushed hurry, hearing the second lock snap as the door closed with a 'thud' behind them.
Extractions: Rachel doesn’t know how she ended up at the edge of the lake in her pajamas watching Quinn slip off her top and shimmy off the small shorts she was wearing. She looked back with a dazzling smile, walking over to Rachel slowly, undoing her bra and kicking off her underwear on the way, letting them fall onto the sandy shore. Rachel’s breathing got deeper with every step she took, while her own bare feet remained frozen on spot, breath slightly visible in the cool night. Quinn’s hot fingers brushed against the skin of her stomach while she dragged Rachel’s shirt over her head, tugging at the rest of Rachel’s clothes until she was completely exposed to the cool night air. She could feel the heat emanating off Quinn’s pale body, they were so close that she’s sure if she took a deep breath that her chest would brush against Quinn’s. She wanted to say something, about how they could get caught or how the water is probably freezing, but she was transfixed with Quinn’s hazel eyes. Then suddenly, Quinn was gone, running onto the long dock and diving gracefully into the water. Rachel followed slowly, carefully walking onto the unsteady planks of wood, sitting down as she reached the edge, searching the water for the blonde girl and jumping as a hand grasped her ankle. She looked down to see Quinn emerge from the water, hair slicked back, an impish smile on her face as she delicately kissed the top of Rachel’s foot. She tugged on the leg she was holding until Rachel complied and slipped into the water.
